Our Enrollment Procedure

 

  1. Schedule a tour to see the facility, meet the teachers, and talk to our directors.
  2. Pick up an enrollment packet at the time of your visit.
  3. Submit your completed enrollment form, along with your registration fee and requested start date.
  4. The director will meet with staff and review availability and then notify you of your admission status within 3 business days.

Please note: Parents are expected to communicate any special requests or needs their child may have at the time of enrollment. We are committed to being a fully inclusive and accommodating atmosphere, and work closely with our parents to ensure a safe and productive learning environment for all students.

Our Admission Process

 

Please note: There may be a wait-list depending on the class/program you are interested in.  Openings fluctuate depending on the class, time of year and our availability so we recommend coming in for a tour right away, even if there is a gap between now and the time you expect to enroll.

  1. Upon confirmation of admission, you will receive our Parent Handbook and all necessary paperwork that needs to be submitted prior to your child’s first day.
  2. The director will confirm your child’s start date.
  3. Your registration payment will secure a space on a class roster for up to two weeks from the date it is received.

Our Waitlist Procedure

In the event that space is not available in the appropriate classroom for your child, your application can be placed on a waitlist, and we will notify you as space becomes available.

  1. Request to place your application on the waitlist.
  2. Your registration payment will secure a space on our waitlist for 90 days from the day it is received along with your enrollment application.
  3. If we cannot accommodate your child within 90 days, the registration fee will be refunded.

Tuition and Fees

Children can be enrolled for 3, 4, or 5 days a week in half, extended, or full day programs.

Payments can be made on a monthly or weekly basis. Monthly rates reflect 5% savings over weekly rates, and are due by the 5th of each month. Weekly payments are due every Monday.

All changes to your child’s program must be made in writing two weeks prior to the effective date in order to receive a tuition adjustment.

Customer Loyalty School Discounts

We appreciate your commitment to Kripa Montessori School. Students who complete one year of attendance with us are eligible for a Customer Loyalty Discount of 3% off of standard tuition rates in their second year, 4% in their third year, and 5% in their fourth year of attendance.  Cannot be combined with other discounts, accounts must be in good standing to apply, attendance must be continuous with no breaks/disruptions/discontinuations.

Referrals

We encourage parents to be our partners in growing and improving our school. Therefore, we reward your referrals by making your tuition 10% cheaper one month (drop-ins excluded). The reduction will be applied after the referred student completes one month of attendance. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
