Kripa Montessori School is a dream child of a dedicated Montessori Teacher who has spent over 25 years in the field of education, with extensive classroom and administrative experience. Kripa is an associate member of American Montessori Society. We are also registered with the Illinois Board of Education.

Toddler Program for ages Two to Three Years
Kripa's home for the toddlers enables the children to explore the goal of independence on their own initiative. A diverse set of Montessori material beautifully organized in a classroom setup will entice the child to touch and explore. Classroom activities focus on the development of the child's motor, language and social skills.

Primary Program for Ages 3 to 6 Years
A child from this age group is a sensorial explorer soaking up every aspect of the environment, including language and culture. Our totally prepared home for this age group is designed to develop social skills, language, motor coordination, perceptual skills and pre-reading and pre-math concepts. This is a multi-age room which will enable the older, more socially advanced and capable children to become role models for the younger ones. In a multi-age classroom, children can choose friendships based on common interest, not just age.

Primary Extended Day Program for Ages 5 to 6 Years
Extended day program provide opportunities for the kindergarten aged children who are ready for more hours of academic work. Reading, Science and Math assignments will be provided to improve their academic skills.
