When someone says, “something is good for you”, quite often we think of having to take bitter medicine, eating vegetables that aren't quite our favorite or doing exercises that seem too overwhelming! In our value-based program for children at Kripa , we make it fun for the kids as we guide them to make good choices for themselves.
